All products sold by Jivika Ayurveda are digital products (e-books and wellness guides) delivered electronically. Because the content is delivered instantly and digitally upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a purchase is completed and the content has been delivered.
This is because digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once you have received the guide, the information cannot be unseen.
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

To request a refund under these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with your payment receipt.
Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
